A stunning new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today detailing events of the critical meeting held between Chief of the General Staff-General of the Army Valery Gerasimov and Supreme Commander of the Joint Armed Forces of NATO-US Air Force General Tod Wolters, says the main topic of discussion between these top two global military leaders was the upcoming DEFENDER-Europe 20 war exercise that will see the deployment of a division-size combat-credible force from the United States to Europe—a war exercise that will see US-based military equipment (tanks, howitzers, self-propelled rocket launchers, armored troop carriers, etc.) leave from ports in four US States and arrive in six European countries—the largest such war maneuver in 25-years scheduled to run from April to July involving over 20,000 American troops—all of whom come from various units of the US Army’s 18 divisions (In the active Army, there are ten divisions: two forward deployed in Europe, one in Korea, one in Hawaii, and six in the continental United States, with the remaining eight are Army National Guard Divisions)—but whose main purpose of this war maneuver is not at first what it appears to be—as aside from the 20,000 pieces of military equipment shipping from the continental US, it will also include 13,000 pieces of military equipment drawn from US Army prepositioned stock from US Army draw sites in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, all of which will be shipped back to the continental U.S. in July.
