Former Attorney Gen. Lynch Can’t Say if Speeding is Illegal. No Joke.

Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas) grills Attorney General Loretta Lynch on her decision to not pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her mishandling of highly classified national security material. In a masterful and impassioned questioning, he shuts off Lynch’s efforts to run out the clock on his time.

Here, it is clear that Lynch will not recuse herself from Clinton Foundation investigation, and refuses to rule out if she will take job offered by Clintons.

Rep. Trey Gowdy shows how the “lack of intent” specificity was not credible by explaining how involuntary manslaughter or reckless homicide also have no intent but are clearly illegal. The question as to whether or not speeding is illegal was also posed by another member, with Lynch delivering a non-answer.
