Since writing you last week I have been reliably informed that persons acting on behalf of the Clintons collaborated with Karl Rove before the finalization of the 2000 Presidential election to illegally pressure Al Gore to terminate his challenge to the 2000 election result. And further, that the results of this collaboration were again used to illegally pressure Al Gore to not seek the office of President in the 2008 election.
I have been reliably informed that Mikey Cunnyngham, the technical genius of ST3 and SmarTech in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was the principal agent of Karl Rove, both in the criminal activity that compromised Al Gore in 2000 and 2008 and in the mass electronic vote count rigging that robbed Bernie Sanders’ voters of their votes cast for him and their victory in the 2016 Democratic Primary.Inasmuch as all reliable data shows that the 2016 Democratic Primary reported vote count and result was hacked, and that Bernie Sanders is the true and lawful winner of the Democratic Party nomination, please advise the Secret Service to immediately reinstate their suspended protection of him. - According to leaked documents from the DNC they had already decided Hillary would be their nominee as early as May of 2015

A video by Dick Van Dyke, an urgent message to Bernie Sanders and supporters I saw retweeted on the day he decided to continue fighting for the nomination until July 25, was that Sanders had made history by showing the world that the emperor had no clothes, and that we might not see this in our lives again, so we need to carry that torch no matter what happens.
Twice, during Sanders’ largest rallies, there were serious security breaches intercepted by the Secret Service. The most serious was when several “vegan” protesters broke a perimeter and approached the podium before being intercepted by the Secret Service. This made the rounds on You Tube. For anyone around in politics long around to know how the establishment works with their broken butterflies, the message is clear: “we have plenty of lone nuts that can get to you.”
It’s probably why Sanders said “We don’t get intimidated easily,” and why the Secret Service took this very seriously.
As for Trump’s paranoia, and the Muslim bashing, it may all boil down to Saudi Arabia and their deep ties to the Clintons and Bushes. The Mexican-bashing is perhaps tied to the Clinton/Bush drug cartel ties dating back to Mena, Arkansas, in the 70s. This predicate thinking is a self-defeating approach, like trying to fix a watch with a hammer, but that’s Trump. Most Muslims don’t own oil wells, and most Mexicans aren’t drug lords named El Chapo.
The biggest threat to Clinton is clearly Trump, and the establishment that has them outspending him 40 to 1. Even with all that, as of this writing, she is losing by 7 points thanks to the email scandal and a Bernie bump that failed to materialize. Add to that 56% of Americans that think she should have been indicted, according to a Washington Post/ABC News poll, and you have the most un-electable candidate ever shoved down the the throats of Americans.

Assassins Who Killed British MP Jo Cox And Targeted Donald Trump Tied To UK Military, CIA

A new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today is raising serious questions relating to last weeks assassination of British Member of Parliament Jo Cox and the attempted assassination of Donald Trump as both the hit men involved in these plots have been traced to the same British Military mental hospital.
According to this report, on 16 June, British Labor Party MP Jo Cox was assassinated by Thomas Mair in Birstall, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, and a little more than 48 hours later, on 18 June, Michael Sandford attempted to assassinate US presidential candidate Donald Trump in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Important to note about the political environment both of these assassination plots were operating within, this report continues, was that in MP Cox’s death the debate ahead of this weeks Brexit vote in the UK was able to be stalled, while in the US, the candidacy of Donald Trump for president has sent chills through the entire American elite governing system.
The SVR’s interest in both Mair and Sandford, this report explains, was elevated last year to a high level due to their interaction with a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) clandestine services operative named Lawrence Sanchez whose Federation surveillance records showed him taking a US Air Force flight from McGuire Field at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom in April, 2015.
Though US public records state CIA operative Sanchez retried from this spy agency in 2004, this report notes, SVR records show him continuing to work for the CIA as late as 2012 when he was dismissed from his oversight of spying operations for the New York City Police Department where he had set up the United States most successful counter intelligence units combating Islamic inspired terrorism.

From 2012 to the present, this report continues, CIA operative Sanchez has worked within the 87th Medical Group at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst on projects involving various US Air Force bioenvironmental engineering projects—and when he traveled to Britain in early 2015, it was in that capacity SVR analysts were believing he did so.
However, this report explains, once arriving in Britain, CIA operative Sanchez traveled to Lincolnshire, England, accompanied by Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) operatives, where he entered a hospital facility known as the Lincolnshire Partnership.
The Lincolnshire Partnership hospital, this report states, has long been known to the SVR as it is the British militaries and intelligence services main facility for treating severely mentally impaired soldiers and spies, and operates under the supervision of the Defence Medical Services (DMS).
And in a patient record count during the time of CIA operative Sanchez’s April 2015 visit there, this report says, both Thomas Mair and Michael Sandford were listed as “high security” patients—but, and most strangely, Sandford was released into the custody of CIA operative Sanchez and was flown back to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and put under the medical supervision of the 87th Medical Group.
As neither Thomas Mair or Michael Sandford were previously known to the SVR, this report continues, their names were “electronically associated” with CIA operative Sanchez—and whose SVR computer file noted an alert on 16 June when Thomas Mair assassinated MP Jo Cox.
Once this 16 June alert on CIA operative Sanchez was analyzed by the SVR, this report says, an already established protocol was enacted to notify various British and American intelligence agencies requesting “guidance and assistance”—and that SVR analysts in this report credit with saving the life of Donald Trump.
In the SVR making this bold assertion that their actions had saved the life of Donald Trump, this report explains, was due to the United States Secret Service (USSS), on 17 June, changing their protection of Donald Trump to “snap-snap-snap” wherein just prior to his making any public appearance, both local police forces and government agents protecting his life are suddenly, and without notice, completely changed with entirely different personal.
US news reports about Donald Trump’s attempted assassination by Michael Sandford, also, support this SVR assertion by noting that his assassin had planned to use a gun to kill Trump from a local police guard he believed would have his weapon unsecured and that we would be able to quickly grab, fire at least two shots at Trump, and in return be killed by Secret Service agents.
Other US news reports contained in this SVR report note that the assassin of MP Jo Cox, Thomas Mair, was a “loner who needed treatment for mental illness”, and that Trump’s would be assassin, Michael Sandford, had been diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome (a form of autism) and in past attempted suicide.
This report concludes by noting that Trump’s would be assassin, Michael Sandford, appears to have been more highly trained than Thomas Mair as his unlimited source of funds to remain undetected in the US for so long, plus his availability to vehicles, airline travel, and expensive, and extended, hotel stays, show all of the tradecraft CIA master spy Sanchez has taught other operatives under his control, almost all of whom are known to the SVR—and whose CIA tactics to control them are well know too. Incidentally, the last person to face imminent arrest before becoming president, due to mafia ties, was Kennedy’s Vice-President Lyndon Baines Johnson, the man who first signed the amended executive order cited herein. There is a big difference between then and now, however, and that is that something can be done about it; before the plan becomes a fact. Executive Order — Facilitation of a Presidential Transition

FACILITATION OF A PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 7301 of title 5, United States Code, and the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended, and to assist the Presidential transition, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy.
The peaceful transition of power has long been a hallmark of American democracy. It is the policy of the United States to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that Presidential transitions are well-coordinated and effective, without regard to party affiliation.
Sec. 2. Establishment of the White House Transition Coordinating Council.
(a) To facilitate the Presidential transition, including assisting and supporting the transition efforts of the transition teams of eligible candidates, there is established a White House Transition Coordinating Council.
(b) The White House Transition Coordinating Council shall be composed of the following officials or their designees:
(i) Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff, who shall serve as Chair;
(ii) Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, who shall serve as Vice Chair;
(iii) Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Implementation;
(iv) Counsel to the President;
(v) Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel;
(vi) Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs;
(vii) Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism;
(viii) Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director, National Economic Council;
(ix) Director of National Intelligence;
(x) Director of the Office of Management and Budget;
(xi) Administrator of General Services;
(xii) Federal Transition Coordinator;
(xiii) the transition representative for each eligible candidate, who shall serve in an advisory capacity; and
(xiv) any other executive branch official the President determines appropriate.
(c) The White House Transition Coordinating Council shall:
(i) provide guidance to executive departments and agencies (agencies) and the Federal Transition Coordinator regarding preparations for the Presidential transition, including succession planning and preparation of briefing materials;
(ii) facilitate communication and information sharing between the transition representatives of eligible candidates and senior employees in agencies and the Executive Office of the President, including the provision of information relevant to facilitating the personnel aspects of a Presidential transition and such other information that, in the Council’s judgment, is useful and appropriate, as long as providing such information is not otherwise prohibited by law; and
(iii) prepare and host interagency emergency preparedness and response exercises.
(d) In order to obtain a wide range of facts and information on prior transitions and best practices, the White House Transition Coordinating Council, its members, or their designees may seek information from private individuals, including individuals in outside organizations, who have significant experience or expertise in Presidential transitions. The White House Transition Coordinating Council, its members, or their designees shall endeavor to obtain such facts and information from individuals representing a range of bipartisan or nonpartisan viewpoints. If the White House Transition Coordinating Council, its members, or their designees find it necessary to seek advice from private individuals or outside organizations, such counsel should be sought in a manner that seeks individual advice and does not involve collective judgment or deliberation.
Sec. 3. Establishment of the Agency Transition Directors Council.
(a) To implement the guidance provided by the White House Transition Coordinating Council and to coordinate transition activities across agencies, there is established an Agency Transition Directors Council.
(b) The Agency Transition Directors Council shall be composed of the following officials or their designees:
(i) Federal Transition Coordinator, who shall serve as Co-Chair;
(ii) Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget, who shall serve as Co-Chair;
(iii) a senior career representative from each agency described in section 901(b)(1) of title 31, United States Code, the Office of Personnel Management, the Office of Government Ethics, and the National Archives and Records Administration whose responsibilities include leading Presidential transition efforts within the agency;
(iv) during a year in which a Presidential election will be held, a transition representative for each eligible candidate, who shall serve in an advisory capacity;
(v) a senior career representative from any other agency determined by the Co-Chairs to be an agency that has significant responsibilities relating to the Presidential transition process; and
(vi) other senior employees serving in the Executive Office of the President, as determined by the President.
(c) The Agency Transition Directors Council shall:
(i) ensure the Federal Government has an integrated strategy for addressing interagency challenges and responsibilities around Presidential transitions and turnover of non-career appointees;
(ii) coordinate transition activities among the Executive Office of the President, agencies, and the transition team of eligible candidates and the President-elect and Vice-President-elect;
(iii) draw on guidance provided by the White House Transition Coordinating Council and lessons learned from previous Presidential transitions in carrying out its duties;
(iv) assist the Federal Transition Coordinator in identifying and carrying out his or her responsibilities relating to a Presidential transition;
(v) provide guidance to agencies in gathering briefing materials and information relating to the Presidential transition that may be requested by eligible candidates;
(vi) ensure materials and information described in subparagraph (v) of this subsection are prepared not later than November 1 of the year during which a Presidential election is held;
(vii) ensure agencies adequately prepare career employees who are designated to fill non-career positions during a Presidential transition; and
(viii) consult with the President’s Management Council, or any successor thereto, in carrying out its duties.
(d) The Agency Transition Directors Council shall meet:
(i) subject to subparagraph (ii) of this subsection, not less than once per year; and
(ii) during the period beginning on the date that is 6 months before a Presidential election and ending on the date on which the President-elect is inaugurated, on a regular basis as necessary to carry out its duties and authorities.
Sec. 4. General Provisions.
(a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to a department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) The terms “eligible candidate,” “Federal Transition Coordinator,” and “Presidential election” shall have the same meaning as those terms used in the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended. The term “President’s Management Council” shall have the same meaning as that term is used in the Presidential Memorandum of July 11, 2001.
(d) This order is intended only to facilitate the transition and is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
