Does every moment in time create its own "frequency" on the
planet's electromagnetic grid, and if so, what does this mean to
science and our knowledge of history and ultimate truth?
Is time travel theoretically possible through the
manipulation of this grid?
Nikola Tesla's concept of
free energy for all via the use of electromagnetic energy in
the atmosphere; i.e, electricity which is generated by the
earth's rotation. (This is the same rotation that is responsible
for hurricanes.)
Why
LBJ killed Kennedy The only
mystery in the Kennedy assassination is why Johnson or
Arlen Specter were never indicted for it. How
Mac Wallace's fingerprint connects Johnson directly to the
assassination. See why both parties gain from obstructing

having previously taken an oath...to support the Constitution of the
United States, engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or

Ratified in 1868,
this amendment specifically targeted the
KKK. Designed to negate the
influence of oath-bound
"ex-Klansmen" in high office, this amendment was crudely violated
when FDR appointed Klansmen Hugo Black into Supreme Court.

elected, any justice who opposed limits on
partial birth abortions would not be nominated
to the Supreme Court.
7 of 10 US
voterssupport limits on partial birth abortions. Thus,
the pool of approved judges would only be within
9% of US voters. Judges in the pool of 70% who
support limits on partial birth abortions would
not be nominated, and until their stance was
known, neither would the 21% who were undecided.
The Supreme

Supreme Court ruling.
Roe
vs. Wade, 1973:
The Unborn
Child not human, but anything from a parasite
to an insentient cluster of cells.
The Unborn
Child Less than an Animal. Seriously.
The same
women who would march for animal rights wouldn't
bat an eye when it comes to late term abortions.
How
Christ was an Unwanted Child
King Herod
slaughtered 14,000 children hoping to kill this one unborn
child.
In a very real sense, the
baby Jesus was also an unwanted child...wanted by his parents*,
but not by the state; by Herod.** To this end Herod had
slaughtered all the male children under two in Bethlehem and
Judea in an attempt to kill Jesus. This "Massacre of the
Innocents" amounted to approximately 14,000 children.
Today, most US abortion
clinics are built in low income white or minority areas, and
this is the way the state gets rid of this particular unwanted
child. The minority areas, however, are also targeted with
television commercials. Ever see an abortion clinic commercial?
watch Spanish television, and you will. English stations
wouldn't dare cross this line.
As a fetus- an unborn
child, Jesus was also unwanted by the state- unwanted enough to
induce a state to genocide that he might never live. He was
targeted, much like the "undesirable" unborn child of certain
classes are today; particularly low income whites and
minorities, Knowing this...
Where do you think the
sympathies of Jesus really are? He was also poor, if you recall,
poor enough to be born in a manger.
Unwanted
and targeted by the state. Let's have a look at some
examples of what this really means.
In WWII, Germans were
wanted, Jews and
Russians were unwanted,
and 6 million Jews and some 20 million Russians died.
Between 1914-15, in Turkey, the Turks were
wanted,
the Christians unwanted...
and 2 million Christians died. In Rwanda, 1994, the Hutus were
wanted, the Tutsis
were unwanted, and
the ensuing genocide literally clogged Rwandan rivers with Tutsi
bodies. In Bosnia, around the same time, Serbs were
wanted, Muslims unwanted, and yet another
genocide ensued.
Today, in America, a
mother is in a hospital getting a sonogram, pregnant with a
"wanted baby".
Another mother at the exact same stage of pregnancy
is at an abortion clinic,
getting a sonogram in preparation for the killing of an
"unwanted" baby. Two labels: "wanted" and "unwanted".
Same victim class. One label affords full human rights, the
other is a death sentence.
It's
genocide by definition.
The
Dred Scott Decision of Our Time
In March of 1857, the United States
Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, declared
that all blacks -- slaves as well as free -- were not and could
never become citizens of the United States. It was decided that
a black man had no rights a white man was bound to respect. The
court also declared the 1820 Missouri Compromise
unconstitutional, thereby legalizing slavery in all of the
country's territories. In effect, the decision declared the
non-white, particularly the African-American, was at best
subhuman property. The repercussions were immediate... the South
now had the Supreme Court using the Constitution itself to
justify the inhumanity of slavery. (The abolitionists, like the
slave owners, also used the Bible and Constitution as
foundations for their arguments.) It took the
American Civil War just a few years later to shatter the
yoke of the Dred Scott decision.
This would not be
the last time the Supreme Court erred grievously, nor the
last time it failed to consider biological and physiological
realities when making decision relying on the same. Far from it.
THE ESSENTIAL FALLACIES OF MALTHUSIAN TEACHING (the
population control crowd) "In the first place, it is true
that a population might increase in geometrical progression,
and that a woman might bear thirty children in her lifetime;
but it is wrong to assume that because a thing might happen,
it therefore does happen. The population, as a matter of
fact, does not increase in geometrical progression, because
Nature places her own checks on the birth-rate, and no woman
bears all the children she might theoretically bear, apart
altogether from artificial birth control."
The Sanger Paradox. Some notes on theThe Pivot of Civilization, the book by Margaret
Sanger, Planned
Parenthood's founder. An excerpt:
"The emergency problem of segregation and
sterilization must be faced immediately. Every feeble-minded
girl or woman of the hereditary type, especially of the
moron class, should be segregated during the reproductive
period...we prefer the policy of immediate sterilization, of
making sure that parenthood is absolutely prohibited to the
feeble-minded."(So much for
choice.) Sanger, a eugenicist, was a
fierce proponent of class and racial segregationand makes it quite clear in
her book, yet she is still championed as a "progressive"
icon of the feminist movement by the likes of
the Today Show's Katie Couric.

2:13 And when they had departed, behold, the angel of the
Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise and take
the young child and His mother and flee into Egypt. And be
there until I bring you word, for Herod is about to seek the
child to destroy Him.
**Mat 2:16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked by the
wise men, was greatly enraged. And he sent and killed all
the boys in Bethlehem, and in all its districts, from two
years old and under, according to the time which he had
carefully inquired of the wise men.

Same
race, same sex, same exact age: 24 weeks. Two
labels, "wanted" and "unwanted" mark the difference
between life and death.
It's
the same victim class but separated by two labels. One
label affords full human rights, the other is a death
sentence. It's genocide by definition.
Just one clinic that performs 30
abortions daily at $500 each makes about $15,000 on fees
alone- in one day, and some $105,000 a week. This,
however, implies all abortions are done within the first
11 to 12 weeks, so the actual estimate is much higher.
Late-term abortions cost considerably more, often $1,500
to $2,000 dollars, and may account for as much as 10 to
30 percent of those performed.
Being the most profitable abortions of
all, is it any wonder Planned Parenthood and the
abortion industry vehemently resists any effort to
curtail late-term abortions? So is this all about
women's rights, or about the right to profit from women
at the most vulnerable time in their lives?

Prison Abuse
Pardoned at Home, Condemned Abroad. Why?
If it was
about human rights, there would be an uproar
about how we treat all prisoners, at home
and abroad.
Nevermind Iraq:
Prisoner Abuse in
America.... Brazoria
County, Texas, 1996
"I have been sexually and physically
assaulted several times by several inmates.
Please Sir, help me."
Rodney Hulin, in unanswered pleas to a
Texas warden before his death. Pictured
right, Hulin's suicide note.
Legislators who confuse justice with
sadism are no better than the men who
raped this boy.
In early 1995, Rodney
Hulin, Jr., received an eight year
sentence for arson (he set fire to a
trash can). He was sixteen years old but
was sentenced to serve his time in adult
prison.. The boy was raped repeatedly
until contracting HIV, until he
committed suicide at 17...
"I
am here today because of
my son. He would be here himself if he
could . . . . But he can't because he
died in [an adult prison]. . . . [At age
seventeen], my son was raped and
sodomized by an inmate. The doctor found
two tears in his rectum and ordered an
HIV test, since up to a third of the
2,200 inmates there were HIV positive.
Fearing for his safety, he requested to
be placed in protective custody, but his
request was denied because, as the
warden put it, "Rodney's abuses didn't
meet the 'emergency grievance criteria.'
" For the
next several months, my son was
repeatedly beaten by the older inmates,
forced to perform oral sex, robbed, and
beaten again. Each time, his requests
for protection were denied by the
warden....On the night of January 26,
1996--seventy-five days after my son
entered Clemens; Rodney attempted
suicide by hanging himself in his
cell.... He laid in a coma for the next
four months until he died."
Is history repeating
itself? The partisan circulation of inflammatory POW photos
was also done without regard for the danger it might pose to
Americans here and abroad. The greatest critics of the war
in Iraq are, coincidentally, the most generous contributors
to Kerry's campaign; e.g. Viacom (CBS), Disney (ABC),
Time-Warner (CNN-AOL). These are the same groups which make
up- surprise- the reviled RIAA and MPAA. With one hand
they shell out a few bucks to pacify a couple of
star-struck yokels in
the GOP, hoping to appear impartial, and with the
other calls in its news agencies to destroy the GOP. But
it hasn't worked, and the American people suffer the
collateral damage instead. The unbalanced coverage of the
prison scandal is a great case in point.
Who
brought it? CBS news, the same which later brought you the
doctored National Guard records. ABC news itself was mired
in another controversy when an internal memo suggested
reporters need not be impartial when covering the
presidential race. As for coverage of the Iraqi prison
scandal, which could have been done impartially, insurgents
did precisely what the CBS producers hoped Americans would
do: put Lindsey
England's leash in Bush's hand. Consequently, they used
it as an excuse to behead an American on videotape,
saying as much in
their manifesto herein. The thinking behind this "divide
and conquer" political strategy is transparent as it is
idiotic: "Let's make the Iraqi people hate Bush, create
the impression of a Vietnam-like quagmire, and Kerry will
win." Well nice going fuckheads, you just put more
Americans in body bags and made more widows by making
enemies of the undecided Iraqi, and you in the Democratic
spin machine still have the nerve to blame Bush for it. Bush
can be blamed for a lot of things, but not Berg's beheading.
As odious
as the GOP is for servicing the pharmaceutical lobby with
the grateful eagerness of an aging hooker; as odious as it
is for whoring itself to energy interests with the same worn
out kneepads and lipstick it donned for the pharmaceutical
lobby when it blocked cheaper imported drugs from Canada...
How doeseventhat obscenity compare to
provoking insurgents and undecided Iraqis to kill our own
soldiers, and hate all Americans here and abroad? And this
for a failed attempt to boost a candidate's popularity?
Nick Berg
and later beheaded victims were a casualty of a party's
misuse of partisan news assets in a short-sighted effort to
discredit Bush. And worse, it was done at the expense,
hazard and dishonor of all Americans. You don't have to be
a Republican tool or
dittohead to be disgusted by this- I'm not. You just
have to be human.
The Ed
The Iraqi prison
abuse scandal...
It
warranted House and Senate hearings and 24/7 partisan media
coverage, and if it served any positive end, it was that it
exposed hypocrisy of both the media and those legislators
who appreciate human rights only when convenient.
Because
of these and similar photos, Nick Berg was beheaded, as
cited by the terrorists in video above. Someone in the Kerry
campaign, apparently, believed releasing those photos while
we are still at war might help boost Kerry in the polls. It
didn't, even as Bush's popularity dropped. Moreover, that
someone imperiled not just the US soldier but Americans here
and abroad. Now any future terrorist attack against
Americans will be justified in the eyes of the international
community. The face of America is now the face of the Abu
Ghraib prison guard. Also pictured left is the videotaped
treatment of Americans in our own prisons, circa 1998.
Not one
word from
Sen. Robert Byrd, Sen. Patrick Leahy, Sen. Fritz
Hollings, Sen. Orin Hatch, or Sen. John Kerry. Not one
Senate or House hearing on the abuse in
our own penal system. However, in September of
2003, President Bush signed legislation to curtail
prison rape, an act of uncommon humanity unseen
from any conservative or liberal president in American
history.
What's
the only thing worse than an American pardoning the sadistic
mistreatment of fellow citizens in US prisons?
How about
the asshole who pardons rape and abuse in our prisons, but
condemns it in Iraq; failing to see both are equally
abhorrent and barbaric? The fact that partisan media assets
are focused exclusively on Iraq's prison abuse while
ignoring the more serious problem in our own prisons at home
is proof the entire scandal isn't a search for justice or a
plea for human rights, but a transparent effort to discredit
an incumbent president. If it was about human rights,
there would be a cry for a review of how we treat all
prisoners, at home and abroad. And it is a cry that
needs to be heard now. In California, prison guards became
notorious for setting up prisoners to fight gladiator style
for their own amusement. Inmate deaths became routine.
Prison rape was unpunished and tacitly condoned, and some
rapists were used exclusively to "discipline" inmates. We
have 25% of all the world's prisoners, but are only 5%
percent of the global population. Most of our inmates are
not there for violent crimes either, but for drug possession
charges. As a result, a generation of American youth has
been wasted and imprisoned, many for life, between 1994 and
now.
The same
"tough-on-crime" legislators and even the "bleeding heart
liberals" who are now crying crocodile tears for Iraqi
prisoners have consistently turned a blind eye to abuses at
home, even when those abuses are worse. Why? Three words:
The Prison Economy. Both Democrats and Republicans make
money from it, more than most people imagine.
For those media assets in both parties
who have no interest in a complete review of how
American prisoners are treated here; for those who think
the focus should be solely on Iraqi prisoners- to these
we would like to extend
this following heartfelt sentiment....
Who Gains from Marijuana
Prohibition?
"If we
can't stop the sale of drugs inside our own prisons, how can we
expect to stop it in our streets?"
Behold the photos on
the right. What did Al Capone and the Klansman have in
common? both favored the nation's first drug prohibition
law, the Prohibition Act. The KKK, in fact, was instrumental
in passing the alcohol Prohibition laws that led to the
greatest spike in organized crime our nation had ever seen.
And why was Prohibition passed? to reduce alcohol related
crime!
The fact of the matter
is, whenever you see a
politician that favors drug prohibition laws, you're
seeing a man whose policies favor organized crime. He knows
this and he takes you for a fool. So ask yourself if there's
something in it for him, just as there was for corrupt
Chicago politicians Al Capone put or kept in power. Ask
yourself sincerely if your support for such a man actually
empowers drug lords, and if you voted for this person, ask
yourself if the ass reaming you just got from him was worth
the false sense of security.
Another reason the
drug cartels love the clueless "Drug Free America"
dittoheads is because is because they profit
handsomely from marijuana being illegal, as do certain
Klan-tied masonic cabals that keep the black market
profits obscenely inflated via prohibition-modeled
legislation. The latter insures they get a good cut. Why
else would they so earnestly try to defend an indefensible
prohibition model that is the equivalent of a dog returning
to its vomit?
In fact, drug cartels
would suffer a devastating financial blow if marijuana
was legal, regulated and taxed. Marijuana, unlike cocaine,
doesn't have to be processed. It grows anywhere. Making it
legal would deprive cartels the black market profits of a
key cash crop. This is why marijuana is listed as a Class 1
narcotic, as opposed to cocaine, which is listed as Class 2.
The latter means that there are limited uses for cocaine and
thus, it is perceived by the FDA as less dangerous than
marijuana. But ask any doctor or policeman which is the more
dangerous of the two, in terms of addiction, overdose, and
crime, and see what they tell you. These people don't give a
damn about your kids or crime. These wolves in sheep's
clothing parading about as if they had any interest for
anyone but themselves.
To understand the true
motives of the neo-Prohibitionists, you have to understand
greed has no limits in Washington DC. The lure of
untraceable funding for anything from political campaigns to
waging war is one too tempting to ignore. Consider the time
the
CIA sold coke on our streets to fund the Contra war. To
refresh your memory: a piece of the Eric Umansky
article reads as follows:
Oliver North's diary
contained at least two extraordinary entries:
From a July 12,
1985, meeting with Richard Secord, North's boss in the
Reagan administration:
"$14M
to finance came from drugs."
This entry, which was
given in part to the Kerry Committee, was first reported
in NEWSWEEK. North claimed he did nothing wrong and said
the Kerry Committee was "just playing politics and
dragging out wild charges."
And this
entry on Aug. 9, 1985, which was submitted as part
of the Iran-Contra special prosecutor report:
"Honduran DC-6 which
is being used for runs out of New Orleans is probably
being used for drug runs into U.S."
Pablo Escobar

kill just one man. His henchman is now
our Columbian ally in the "war on
drugs." 134 died, including 2
Americans.

Orrin Hatch

Hatch, a failed musician, is still seeking a
record deal and pushing legislation to raise the

"Uribe was
linked to a business involved in narcotics activities in
the US... Has worked for the Medillin Cartel and is a
close personal friend of Pablo Escobar...He has
participated in Escobar's political campaign to win the
position of assistant parliamentarian..."
"Escobar had a
penchant for violence. He wreaked havoc on Colombia
while attempting to persuade the government to change
its extradition policy. Due to the numerous
assassinations of politicians, presidential candidates,
Supreme Court justices, police officers, and civilians,
as well as a number of bombings culminating in the
bombing of an Avianca commercial airliner in 1989,
Escobar enraged both Colombia and the world."
"I was
disappointed by the Secretary of State’s recent
certification that Colombia has met the
human rights conditionsin our law. There are examples of progress, but the big
picture is disappointing. The collaboration between the
military and paramilitaries continues."
From
Copyright to Terrorism; the Interweaving of Seemingly Unrelated
Bills Common
The Induce Act hearings. Sigh. Once again,
Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch
(R) and Vermont Sen.
Patrick Leahy (D) are attacking the voice, eyes, and
ears of the American people, the internet; in addition to
threatening the iPod, Tivo and P2P software... alienating
61 million constituents who can, in a matter of minutes,
pull up their voting records and sponsored legislation to
sow the seeds of their political demise.
So we may as well use their on words while
we still can...and share a few video files in the public
domain, like the the
hearings here. Hatch received $159,860 in campaign
donations from the TV, movie and music industries, according
to Opensecrets.org,
which monitors campaign donations. Leahy received $220,450
in this election cycle. Aside from the surprisingly cheap
going rate on these senators, why should you care?
Well, does Hollywood represent the
interests or even values of Utah or Vermont? Neither do
their legislators. For example, Utah is a Mormon bastion and
doesn't take kindly to politicians who favor abortion. Yet
Hatch is pushing for an amendment to make Arnold
Schwarzenegger, a California governor who is pro-abortion
and pro-Hollywood, US President. The proposed Constitutional
amendment to allow immigrants a chance at the presidency
itself isn't questioned here ( hell, I personally support
it), nor is Arnold or anyone's particular stance on abortion
the issue. The question is, does Hatch's bid to bring a
pro-abortion president to the White House represent the
interests of the pro-life Utah constituents who he courted
and elected him?
But aside from this glaring hypocrisy and
shafting of his Utah constituents...the bigger picture is
more disturbing. You must remember that every bill that
becomes law does so through amendments that have nothing to
do with the original intent or wording of the bill. This is
one of those bills.
If you consider Hatch, the Induce Act is
not about copyright at all, it's about the control of
information, about policing all electronic traffic under the
guise of protecting copyright or fighting terrorism. The
more unpopular and corrupt a politician, the more likely he
is to take an interest in controlling the free exchange of
information and monitoring political dissent. By most
any account, Orrin Hatch is not popular, in his own state or
nationally. Now, you may ask, what does the Induce Act or
copyright law have to do with fighting drug trafficking or
terrorism? Nothing, until a special interest provision
linking the unrelated agendas are tacked on to the bill. Is
it any wonder Attorney General John Ashcroft is
comparing file traders to international terrorists in an
effort to bring credibility to Hatch's pet bill?
It may help, perhaps, to profile the
author of this bill, his previous work and the unusual
attention given to entertainment interests. One way to
insure positive media coverage is to champion bills written
by entertainment industry lobbyists. Aside from the campaign
funding such pandering insures, there is the added benefit
that the most grievous indiscretions are overlooked by news
media assets. Why would Disney, for instance, let ABC run
a story about our number one ally in the drug war being
Pablo Escobar's right hand man when doing so threatens a
politician they're counting on to pass their bills?
You may recall Hatch was an
author of the reviled DMCA and fierce proponent of
Patriot Act II, aka the
Victory Act. As
noted in a
Wired article from 8-21-03 by Ryan Singel:
"The draft legislation -- titled the Vital
Interdiction of Criminal Terrorist Organizations Act of
2003, orVictory Act -- includes significant portions
of the so-called Patriot Act II, which faced broad
opposition from conservatives and liberals alike and
embarrassed the Justice Department when it was leaked to the
press in February. The Victory Act also seems to be an
attempt to merge the war on terrorism and the war on drugs
into a single campaign. It includes a raft of provisions
increasing the government's ability to investigate, wiretap,
prosecute and incarcerate money launderers, fugitives,
'narco-terrorists'..."
Marxist
Coke Bad, Right Wing Death Squad Coke Good
But just how sincere was Hatch? At the same
time, Columbian President Uribe, a key US ally in our so-called
drug war, was known to the US intelligence community to be
linked to the Medellin Cartel and was a close personal friend of
NARCO-TERRORIST
Pablo Escobar, a man suspected of ordering over 100 murders
and the bombing of an Avianca jet in 1989.
Hatch, unfortunately, sees nothing wrong with
fighting the cocaine and heroin trade with the help of a man who
prevented Escobar's extradition to the United States. See below.
See full PDF
file here.
Although it remains without question that
Uribe has cracked down on some drug cartels in Columbia,
evidence suggests American aid has only helped him crack down on
competing cartels as opposed to all of them. Consider Pedro Juan
Moreno Villa, Uribe's campaign manager and former chief of
staff. Between 1997 and 1998, US customs agents in California
seized 50,000 kilos of potassium permanganate,
a "precursor chemical" critical to the production of cocaine. It
was bound for Medillin, Columbia. The final destination? GMP Productos Quimicos, S. A. (GMP Chemical Product),
a company owned by Uribe's campaign manager. According to then
DEA Chief Donnie R. Marshall, the aforementioned seizures were
enough to make 15 billion dollars worth of cocaine.
Columbian military death squad

Medical Marijuana Bad, Death Squad Coke
Good
If
you consider Sen. Orrin Hatch, the copyright
issue is a smokescreen for another agenda:
the control of information in the digital
age, about policing all electronic traffic
under the
Orwellian guise of protecting property
rights,
fighting terrorism or the drug war.
Sen. Orin
Hatch,the Senate Judiciary Chairman. In
his world, the real
threat to Americans is the First Amendment's
rebirth on the internet, not something like,
say.. his tacit approval and funding of a
major right-wing Columbian drug cartel over
a leftist one. The right-wing Columbian coke
that hits our streets is no less deadly than
that sold by Marxist cartels. Are US
politicians who facilitate its transport and
sale in the US no less guilty than the urban
drug dealers filling our prisons?
Regardless, Hatch seems convinced that the
only way to win the drug war is to attack
file sharers and ally yourself with the most
deadly elements of the drug trade- in fact,
with the henchman of the world's bloodiest
narco-terrorist ever: Pablo Escobar, a man
who made Al Capone look like Ned Flanders.
Another reason
the drug cartels love Hatch and his ilk is
because they profit handsomely from
marijuana being illegal. In fact, they would
suffer a devastating financial blow if
marijuana was legal, regulated and taxed.
Marijuana, unlike cocaine, doesn't have to
be processed. It grows anywhere. Making it
legal would deprive cartels the black market
profits of a key cash crop.
War is Peace, Freedom is
Slavery, Ignorance is
Strength, Failure is Victory
Is Hatch's
Victory Act a Page Out of 1984?
(aka Patriot Act II, Induce Act)
Set in a nightmarish totalitarian future where
"ignorance is strength", George Orwell's classic,
1984 is now more relevant than ever before. In
1984 former allied nations become enemies, then allies
again, to perpetuate a global war that keeps Big
Brother in power indefinitely.
Big Brother's
generous use of the word "Victory" in
messages, products, buildings, squares, etc. is a
subliminal element of "Newspeak", the
official language of Oceana. The term as used in the
book is to remind citizens that victory is at hand
when in fact, Big Brother's war is perpetual by
design. Examples of Newspeak include the following:
Big Brother's slum tenement wherein Winston lives
(Ex.1) is called the Victory Mansion. He
smokes rationed Victory cigarettes. He also
drinks Victory coffee, Victory gin,
and he meets his doomed love interest in Victory
Square.
Big
Brother's enemies seemingly change every other
month, insuring an endless war that can never be
won. Interestingly, the enemy of Big Brother is
portrayed as a terrorist group whose infiltration
requires the unchecked monitoring of citizens by the
state to insure loyalty and obedience. This brings
us back to Orrin Hatch... Is Hatch's Victory Act
Orwellian? Let's see... not unlikethe
examples of Newspeak in 1984, Hatch
abuses the word "Victory" to falsely imply we are fighting a
traditional war, a fixed and definite enemy as
opposed to an indefinite war against a fluid
religion of terror with many unspoken or unknown
architects. This is not to say that it is impossible
to find a way to make terrorists a liability to any
country, there is a way to make them obsolete
pariahs, not martyrs, and we must find it.
So are we actually fighting a war against the
drug trade, or simply fighting the competition of a drug cartel
friendly to the US?
Such matters once were invisible to the
American public before the internet came along. And this seems
to bother Hatch and his ilk considerably, because catering to
the television and radio industries might keep this and other
secrets off the air, but catering to the net won't do a thing to
curtail the ultimate dissemination of what's really going on in
Washington DC. And even if the networks had the integrity to
side with the public interest, their licenses are always subject
to the FCC. Luckily, the FCC doesn't control internet content.
This is why the real news is always online first, and then
carried by the networks when it snowballs into a story too big
to ignore.
So if you're in bed with drug dealers and
human rights offenders, and your minions in the
broadcast media can't help you conceal this obscenity, what
to do? why, censor the internet! and how does one do it? start
by attacking the means of any anonymous distribution of
information. Link P2P and the internet itself to child
pornography, terrorism, organized crime, ball cancer, and
spontaneous combustion (most of which Hatch has already done)
and suddenly you have an avalanche of legislation aimed at
curtailing or eliminating the free exchange of information
Americans are enjoying for the first time. Americans, for the
first time in history, spend more time in front of the computer
than a television set and get more of their news online...and
not just more detailed news, but news they actually care about.
As such, the more viewers lost to the
internet, the easier it is to find broadcast media assets (FOX,
CNN,
NBC,
ABC et al) to sow hysteria about the net, and we see it all
the time. (Speaking of which, network media assets are
encouraged to
link here.)
Hatch seems convinced that the only way to win
the drug war is to attack file sharers and ally yourself with
the most deadly elements of the drug trade- in fact, with the
henchman of the world's bloodiest narco-terrorist ever.
It doesn't take a political science major to see he's creating a
crisis where none exists; this, perhaps, to divert attention
from the fact that he's a part of the problem he claims to
address. More ominously, it appears he wants powers our
Constitution explicitly prohibits any man to have. Why? perhaps
to guarantee no accountability.
Uribe's Hidden Past
"Uribe’s strategy is to bring the
war out into the open, to declare social organizations
illegal, and to use the army and police against them
directly, while holding “negotiations” with the
paramilitaries. Given the murderous tactics that Uribe is
prepared to resort to, it is easy to understand why trade
unionists and human rights defenders are inclined to feel
despondent. It also makes the unquestioning support being
offered Uribe by the U.S. and British governments all the
more immoral"
Narco News; Candidate Uribe "In 1997 and 1998, alert
U.S. Customs agents in California seized three suspicious
Colombia-bound ships that, the agents discovered, were laden
with 50,000 kilos of potassium permanganate, a key
"precursor chemical" necessary for the manufacture of
cocaine. According to a document signed by then-DEA chief
Donnie R. Marshall on August 3, 2001, the ships were each
destined for Medellín, Colombia, to a company called GMP
Productos Quimicos, S. A. (GMP Chemical Products). The
50,000 kilos of the precursor chemical destined for GMP were
enough to make half-a-million kilos of cocaine
hydrochloride, with a street value of $15 billion U.S.
dollars. The owner of GMP Chemical Products, according to
the 2001 DEA chief's report, is Pedro Juan Moreno Villa, the
campaign manager, former chief of staff, and longtime
right-hand-man for front-running Colombian presidential
candidate Alvaro Uribe Vélez."

Oct. 17, 2004: "But
officials at James V. Allred Unit in Iowa Park, Texas, denied
Johnson's request for protection, and he became the sexual slave
of rival Crip and Mexican gangs who, the complaint says, "bought
and sold Mr. Johnson as a chattel, raped and degraded him on a
virtual daily basis, and threatened him with death if he
resisted." During the 18-month period Johnson appeared before
Allred's classification committee — which determines whether to
put endangered prisoners in protective custody — seven times and
despite his rape allegations, his requests were denied each
time... "There's nothing a prisoner could really do [in
situations like these]," said Margaret Winter, Johnson's
attorney. "They don't investigate prisoners' claims, nor do
they provide rape kits."
Winter said that some members of the
Allred's classification
committee appeared to take sadistic pleasure in Johnson's
complaints. During one hearing in December 2001, Johnson was
allegedly forced by a prison gang member to appear before the
committee in makeup. This invited the alleged derision of the
classification committee members. One member, the complaint
says, allegedly told Johnson, "If you want to be a ho, you'll be
treated like a ho." Another member allegedly said, "You ain't
nothing but a dirty tramp. Learn to fight or accept the f—king."
It's time for
a real discussion on what rape really is and what segment of
American society suffers it most. Not only does this form of
sexual assault kill far more people, it is never
consensual at ANY stage, and it is almost never addressed....
Now that DNA tests on her panties found the semen of multiple
partners and confirm the so-called rape victim had consensual
sex 15 hours later, when she was supposed to be traumatized and
in shock as she told investigators, now that physical evidence
for perjury charges were in play had she pursued a criminal
trial... we need a real discussion. Now that her letter to
investigators recanting what she told police earlier essentially
destroyed her case- prompting the DA to drop the charges, and
now that even a prosecution witness is prepared to admit in a
civil trial that Faber boasted of the money she could make from
Kobe.....
On the night
of Aug. 25, 2004, two Russian Tu-154 airliners leave the Moscow
airport and explode in midair at the same time. On one airliner,
the hijack alarm is triggered moments before the explosion.
Despite this evidence of terrorism, news agencies in Russia
begin peddling the theory of mechanical failure. Yet the chances
of the same type of mechanical failure occurring on two
airplanes on the same day at the same time and when leaving from
the same airport make the theory as laughable as it is
offensive. The Los Angeles Times headlines the next day? "No
terrorism seen in crash" And they wonder why their
circulation numbers are at an all-time low. They owe every
reader an apology. Ironically, it's the same paper that earlier
this year, described just how easy it was to down an airliner
with a shoulder fired missile. (Not that this was the case in
Russia.)
In Russia, however, the media outcry of
the obvious terrorist attack succeeded in state authorities
reversing their earlier claims. If only we had journalists with
such integrity in America. Only now, 8 years after Flight 800,
are shoulder-fired missile attacks taken seriously.
Pictured is a Jan 25, 2004
illustration of recent US efforts to
thwart missile attacks with decoys.
If the cause was mechanical failure as
claimed, why is the FBI going to court to prevent disclosure of
the missile shrapnel discovered in the bodies of the victims? If
the fifth column did it, i.e. the same white
supremacists/separatists implicated in the
Centennial Park Bombing
ten days after
the downing of Flight 800, did they leave any calling cards?

Soldier Uses Face to Make Ass Cookies
This week, Nabisco announced controversial
plans to use Lindsey England's face as a cookie mold for Butt
Munch® "ass cookies." The cookies, graham crackers shaped like
human buttocks, were on the drawing table for years and many
thought the new product would never see the light of day.
A company spokesman noted
that "For years we wanted to appeal to a massive and underserved
ass fetish demographic; so when marketing tests concluded Miss
England's face resembled the human ass with such uncanny
likeness as to fool seat cushions, bar stools and public
toilets, we knew we had a spokesperson to sell our new cookies.
We immediately hired the ugly bitch, and we're lucky to have
her."
If sales are brisk,
another product that hopes to appeal to the shoe fetish
demographic, Heel Meals®, should be introduced by this summer.
