High office is particularly vulnerable in these situations .I just read the city of Los Angeles is suddenly shutting down medical marijuana dispensaries, hundreds of them, to make the city "safer" and I couldn't help but think, which one of these bums has the largest throat calluses and bruised knees from accommodating drug cartels? And then I wondered if indeed, they were threatened by said cartels to cut down on the dispensaries just as Mexican lawmakers are threatened for attempting to reduce the black market value of marijuana.
